Cornish Natural Smoked HaddockIn season Fresh Haddock landed by our day boats, when the fish are in prime condition, it is then prepared by our expert team of Fishmongers, and sent away to Tregida Smokehouse, based in Launceston where it is naturally smoked chemical free, returned to us, where our team takes over again and vacuum packs the fillets, before blast freezing and storing at -22. This is the perfect way to ensure our product is as fresh as possible.
