What will be in my Mystery Box?

The honest answer is we don’t know, our Mystery Boxes are based on whatever is landed that evening by the boats, there is an example of the typical species in the description, however until the boats have landed, we don’t know what they’ve caught.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to send orders out on a next day delivery using DPD. Cut off times for overnight delivery is 10.30am, any orders placed after this will be processed the following day.

Exceptions of next day delivery include Bank Holidays, and occasionally Saturday deliveries. If an order is placed before 10.30am on Friday for a weekend delivery, we may not send your order if we feel the circumstances are not correct, for example if we have been made aware of any issues within the DPD network. This is because if your order does not reach you on Saturday, the next delivery day is Monday. If you need an order specifically for the weekend, you must speak with one of our team prior to ordering.

Can I specify a delivery day?

Whilst our website does not support the function to be able to specify a delivery day, you are more than welcome to use our ‘Customer Notes’ section on your order to let us know what day you would like to receive your order. Our team are always happy to help!

Our Process

Day Boats land their catch after a hard, long day at sea, typically between 6-11pm depending on the Tides.

We arrive to work at 5am, where we grade the catch, and carefully select the best fish for our orders.

Our expert filleters get to work preparing your fish, it is then Vacuum Packed, ensuring your fish stays as fresh as the day it was caught.

We pack your order, where it is collected by DPD, just 12-16 hours after it has been caught!

Your parcel arrives at your doorstep the next day, often under 36 hours old!
