Some of Cornwall’s finest crab is landed direct from local boats, it is then steam cooked, and hand picked by our experts. We source our crab from our local boats, in Looe, Cawsand, Fowey, Newquay and Padstow. Some of the finest crab in the country is on our doorstep, on the south coast.
We work extremely close with our fisherman, paying top prices in exchange for top quality crab. Our brown crab meat has NOTHING ADDED. We simply scoop out the shell, and vacuum pack. While our expert pickers strive for a shell free product, we recommend a final check for shell and cartilage before serving. Crab meat will be vacuum packed, we recommend eating within 24hrs once opened.
**PLEASE NOTE**Out of season (December-April) this product may be substituted for a frozen bag, which we heavily stock when the brown meat is at its richest, in October and November.
