We are proud to be one of the first suppliers to be able to offer you this extremely special Tuna, it is a brand new fishery to the Southwest, 10 small licenses have been granted to inshore fisherman to allow them to target this impressive fish.

This fish is caught using Hook & Line, before being instantly killed using the Japanese Ikejime method, it is then Gilled, Gutted and packed in ice.
